How to use the product
INSTRUCTIONS: Cut off the caulking cartridge tube nozzle tip 1/4″ back from the tip or at your preferred length and angle. Insert the correct size Piercing Point tool into the caulking cartridge tube nozzle leaving 1″ showing at the top. For easy insertion and removal, the nozzle hole diameter should be snug, not forced or too tight. Remove and clean the shaft using a soft cloth with mineral spirits or a penetrating lubricant, etc. CAUTION: Do not use harsh solvents such as acetone or lacquer thinner, etc. as these products will damage the finish.
FOR STORAGE OR INTERMITTENT USE: Heavily lubricate the entire shaft of the tool to prevent caulking from adhering to the shaft. NOTE: Lubricant must be compatible with caulking contents. Then insert the correct size Piercing Point tool into the caulking cartridge tube nozzle leaving 1″ showing at the top. Properly store caulking cartridge tubes until ready for reuse.
